What we provide

• A free 15-minute consultation, arranged after you submit the sleep assessment form.
• 30-day one-to-one support packages (Dream, Serenity and Bliss), which differ in how much contact and availability they include.
• Self-paced online courses made up of video lessons and downloadable resources.
• Live webinars, where a place is reserved through the registration link on the event.

What each package includes is set out on the packages section of our home page. Response times stated there apply during the hours listed for that package.

This is not medical advice

BeesyMOM provides sleep education and coaching. It is not a medical service and your sleep consultant is not your child's doctor. Nothing we provide diagnoses, treats or replaces care from a GP, health visitor or paediatrician.

Speak to a medical professional before starting any sleep plan if your child was born prematurely, has a medical condition, is not gaining weight as expected, or if you have any concern about their health. Stop and seek medical advice if anything changes during the programme. You remain responsible for decisions about your child's care, including safe sleep practices.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are payable in full before the programme or course begins. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment, at which point access is granted automatically. If you bought without an account, we email you a link to set a password.

Cancellations and refunds

For online courses, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because access to the lessons is granted immediately, before paying you tick a box to confirm that you want access to start straight away and that you therefore lose that right; the moment you gave that confirmation is kept with your payment. For a support package you tick a box asking for the support to start straight away: you can still cancel within 14 days, and you pay for the support already given. Nothing here affects your statutory rights if what you received is faulty or not as described.

Your course access

Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the lessons and use the downloads for your own family. Buying any support package also unlocks every course for as long as that package is on your account. You may not share your login, copy the material or republish it. We may withdraw access if the material is shared or resold.

What we can be held to

We will deliver the service with reasonable care and skill. We cannot promise a particular sleep outcome, because results depend on your child and on how consistently the plan is followed. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, and nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Complaints and governing law

If something goes wrong, contact us first at alexandra@beesymom.com and we will try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
